Privacy & data protection

Last updated: June 2026

myomegahealth is an independent educational site. This notice explains what data we collect, why, and your choices under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

Assessment answers: when you take the 2-minute assessment, your answers are used to calculate your result in your browser. We do not require your name or email to use it.

Analytics: with your consent (via the cookie banner) we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. You can decline without losing access to anything.

WhatsApp: if you choose to message us, WhatsApp shares your phone number and the messages you send. That is the only point at which we see contact details, and only because you initiated it.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not run an email marketing list. We do not require sign-up to read articles or take the assessment.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies (Google, Meta) only load if you accept the cookie banner. You can decline, or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Your rights (PDPA)

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Since we only hold data you actively send us (e.g. via WhatsApp), this is usually straightforward — just message us.

Data security & retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to respond to you, and take reasonable steps to protect it. Third-party services (Google, Meta, WhatsApp) handle data under their own policies.
