Hi, I’m Mikael.

I’ve spent 23 years in health and wellness. For most of them I took omega-3 supplements daily — different brands, different forms — and assumed I was covered.

When I finally measured my actual blood ratio, the number was nowhere near what I expected. Years of supplementing, no measurable change. That sent me deep into the research.

What I learned reshaped how I think about omega-3: the ratio matters more than totals, plant ALA isn’t the same as marine EPA/DHA, and most supplements are dosed too low or oxidised before you swallow them.

I built myomegahealth to share that framework in plain language, without marketing. The educational content here is free, independent, and not tied to any product brand.
